The Filey Grange is a handsome Victorian five storey Grade II listed building. Built in 1840 as a private residence and situated on West Avenue in the heart of Filey’s town centre, it is in an excellent position for all the attractions and amenities Filey has to offer.
During your bed & breakfast holiday with us we want you to relax in the warm, informal atmosphere of The Grange. By offering you access to the guesthouse and your room at all times, separate tables in the dining room for breakfast and a high standard of clean, spacious, en-suite accommodation coupled with warm, friendly, unobtrusive service we know you will feel relaxed and at ease straight away.

We are only 3 mins walk from the Train & Bus station and less than 5 mins from the award winning beach, we are also within easy walking distance to the beautiful Crescent Gardens, Golf Club, Bowling Green, Bandstand, Paddling Pool and Glen Gardens Park and Boating Pool.

How to get to us.
Map: From Filey Railway Station island take the second exit onto Station Avenue, continue down past the bus station, West Avenue is the right turn when you approach the church on the left hand side of the road. Continue down West Avenue untill you see a shop called The Household Stores (on the left hand side) Filey Grange is approx 25 yards further on.

Car Parking
There are two large main car parks nearby, one as you drive into Filey by the bus station the other at the far end of West Avenue, both are signposted and both are within close range of the guesthouse, the cost is approx. £4.00 per day. The Three Tuns Public House also offers all day parking for £4.00 and is only 1 min walk from the guesthouse.
Free parking is available on the street outside of the guesthouse all day during low season only, from 30 September – 21 March. During high season free parking is only available from 6.00pm-10.00am. Disabled badge holders are allowed 2 hours, during the day.
However, more free car parking is available on Rutland Street, which is the first turning on the left after the guesthouse and free parking is also available on the road further down West Avenue and on the associated side streets.
