Deposits
Rooms are secured with a deposit for the first nights stay which must be received within 5 days of the booking being made. The deposit is non-refundable. Payment of balance to be made in cash on arrival. Payments of balance by cheque by prior arrangement only. All cheques made payable to Filey Grange.
We are sorry, we do not have the facilities to accept credit or debit cards.
Arrivals and Departures
All rooms will be available from 2.30pm, if you wish to book in earlier please ask as we are happy to store your bags until your room is ready.
Please vacate your room on your day of departure by 10.30am. We are happy to store your bags for you to collect later in the day should you wish to do so.
