Please note that all of our rooms include a light complimentary breakfast.

We do not provide a full English breakfast.

Our beautiful guest rooms are arranged over three floors, and none are adjacent to another, ensuring your privacy. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests.

Our rooms have king-size beds with deluxe memory foam mattresses and pure Egyptian cotton bedding, flatscreen Freeview TVs, free wi-fi, a hospitality tray with wine glasses and bottle opener, a cafetière and filter coffee, hairdryer, hair straighteners, shaver adaptor, sweep alarm clock, double USB sockets, and mineral water and fresh milk in a silent mini-fridge.

Completing the picture of ultimate comfort: luxury velour dressing gowns and slippers and complimentary toiletries including shampoos and conditioners, bath soaks and hand and body lotions from the Scottish Fine Soaps Company, a family-run company which blends gorgeous ingredients with contemporary Scottish style. Being on the coast, we choose to use their Sea Kelp collection, which is infused with a clean, fresh fragrance that recreates an invigorating spa experience.

For families (up to 3 people) we have on the second floor, Room 3. A lovely king room which also has a separate single bedroom within the room with its own TV. A nice size en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cubicle. This room can also be used as a twin room.

For families (up to 4 people) we have a large family suite which sleeps 4 people, comprising of 2 rooms with an interconnecting door. One room has a king bed and an en-suite with shower. The connecting room has twin beds and an en-suite with bath and shower over. Both rooms have a TV .

Also available (you’ll find them in the communal areas): an ironing board and iron, a laptop table and beach towels. We are always happy to do small amounts of laundry for you.

And finally – in case we haven’t covered everything! – we live on-site, and can be reached 24 hours a day via the bell on the kitchen door or the house phone (our number is in your guest information folder).

Family room – 3rd floor
We have a large family suite which sleeps 4 people, comprising of 2 rooms with an interconnecting door. One room has a king bed and an en-suite with shower. The connecting room has twin beds and an en-suite with bath and shower over. Both rooms have a TV.

We can accept debit and credit cards by email link, cash or bank transfer.

We are open 365 days a year. If you can’t find what you’re looking for online please call us on 07904890557 and we may be able to make availability.

Our apologies, but we are unable to accommodate pets.

Minimum of two nights’ stay during busy periods.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 week(s) before 00:00 on the day of check in free of charge. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week(s) before 00:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of the first nights stay. In the event of a ‘no show’ or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to charge for all of the stay. We would recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover this cost.

Arrivals and Departures

Check-in times are from 3.30pm to 10.00pm (later/earlier check-in available by prior arrangement only).

All rooms will be available from 3.30pm. If you wish to check in earlier please ask; we are happy to store your bags until your room is ready.

Please vacate your room on your day of departure by 11am. We are happy to store your bags for you to collect later in the day.

Privacy Policy

We are commited to ensuring the best standards of practice in all our activities. Visitors to our web site can be assured that the protection of privacy and confidentialiy are given the highest priority.

We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our web site other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given. Anonymous information is collected such as the number of visitors to the web site in a given period. It is purely statistical and is not used to identify any individual user.

We will share your details with our booking system Eviivo.com for the purpose of them delivering their service to us.We will never sell your details to a third party.

If you provide your email to us, you agree that we may send information to you by email in relation to any new services, initiatives or events.

We take appropriate measures to safe guard the information we hold from unauthorised access or improper use. Our database is stored in a secue password protected location. Only users authorised by us have access to this data.
